Do you have a store ?

We do not have a physical store front, selling online is a more efficient business model that allows us to offer a much larger selection and better prices than most retail stores, we also supported by several handmade manufacturers here in Indonesia.

Is all of your product have a stock ?

There are several product that have stock, because most of our artisans or craftsmen are "made to order" production, they will produce an order after 50% deposit, please contact us if you need further details about a product trough "Ask about this product" that mention on every product page.

Who handles the question about the products ?

On every product detail page we pin up “ask about this product”, that button will refer you to message form. You can ask any further information needed related to the product and send it, that will send us a messages complete with product picture, SKU, price and URL. From this message we will contacting our available artisan or craftsmen, and send the feedback to you as soon as 24 hours.

What if I am not satisfied with my product ?

You will responsible with your own chosen product, as we have already put all of the details needed on every product. Even more, you can contact us or our manufacturer freely if you need any suggestion or ideas, so use our services to make sure that you choose the right product, try to find information as much as you need and examine carefully before you make a deal.

What if the product arrive with broken condition ?

We will give you final report of your goods condition moment before shipped, if you received the goods with broken condition, you can contact us as soon as possible and report the broken part to the shipping agent who delivered your goods within 24 hours. Is my product getting warranties ?

We do not have a warranty agreements yet, but we have special attention to the quality of the products we produce and honesty about the product if there are weaknesses, because we want long business relations with customers.

How does my product shipped, agent and how long it will take ?

We will make sure that your goods is packed well by the shipping agent, you can choose the shipping agent trusted like DHL, FedEx, Airmail or other which is available in Indonesia. Your goods can be arrived within 4-6 days by freight agent and 4 weeks by sea (based on our geographic distances).
