Not all of our available product has a stock, we will inform to you if we do not have the stock on your selected product, you can also ask direct to the manufacturer about the product stock by clicking “ask about this product” on every product details page, if the manufacturer didn’t answer your question, you can contact us.

On every product detail page we pin up “ask about this product” which will drive you to the manufacturer or creator email. So we just follow up your communication between you and our manufacturer or creator. If they didn’t answer your question within 24 hours you can contact us, and we will try as best as we can to be a good connector.

We will give you final report of your goods condition moment before shipped, if you received the goods with broken condition, you can contact us as soon as possible and report the broken part to the shipping agent who delivered your goods within 24 hours. We will make sure that your goods is package well by the shipping agent, you can choose the shipping agent trusted like DHL, FedEx, Airmail or other which is available in Bali Indonesia. Your goods can be arrived within 4-6 days by freight agent and 1 month by sea (based on our geographic distances).
